Why belts fail on turbo RZRs
Heat is the enemy. A turbo RZR makes big power, and every bit of it goes through the CVT. Aggressive riding, sand, towing, and big tires all raise belt temperature, and a belt that isn't built for that load glazes, slips, and eventually shreds. A stronger belt is the cheapest insurance you can buy for a machine in this price range, and carrying a spare Hunterworks belt in the glove box is standard practice for riders who go far from camp.
