This website is operated by Creek Side Ride LLC, doing business as SxS Outpost (12097 Kelly Ln, Collinsville, MS 39325, United States). Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Creek Side Ride LLC d/b/a SxS Outpost. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here (our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are and how we sell
SxS Outpost is an authorized dealer for the brands we carry. Most products are shipped directly to you by the manufacturer or its distribution center. Product names, part numbers, images, and descriptions are supplied by the manufacturers and remain their property. Vehicle names such as Polaris, RZR, Ranger, Can-Am, Maverick, Defender, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and CFMoto are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify fitment; SxS Outpost is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
2. Fitment and product information
We work hard to keep fitment lists, descriptions, and pricing accurate, but errors happen. Fitment information is provided as a guide; you are responsible for confirming that a part fits your specific year, make, model, submodel, and trim before ordering and before installation. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that we cannot fulfill at the listed price because of a pricing or inventory error. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
- Sales tax is collected where required by law.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including a valid email address and phone number so we and the carrier can reach you about your order.
4. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment, except that we will assist with carrier claims for shipments that arrive damaged or are lost in transit if you notify us within the time frames in the Shipping Policy.
5. Returns, refunds, and warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty only; SxS Outpost makes no additional warranty of its own.
6. Installation, use, and safety
Aftermarket parts and accessories can change the handling, performance, and safety characteristics of your vehicle, and some products may not be legal for street use or may affect your vehicle's factory warranty. You are solely responsible for proper installation by a qualified technician, for using products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and for complying with all applicable laws. Off-road vehicles are inherently dangerous; always wear appropriate safety gear and ride within your ability.
7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available," and SxS Outpost disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, other than the manufacturer's written warranty that accompanies a product. In no event shall SxS Outpost, its owners, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, vehicle damage, personal injury, labor, towing, or loss of use, arising out of your use of the site or any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SxS Outpost and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your installation or use of any product purchased from us.
9. Accounts, reviews, and user content
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. If you post reviews, questions, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and publish that content in connection with our business. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that contains malicious code, and we may remove any content at our discretion.
10. Intellectual property
The SxS Outpost name, logo, site design, and original content are our property. Manufacturer content is used with permission as an authorized dealer. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the site for commercial purposes without written permission.
11. Third-party links and tools
The site may include links to third-party websites and tools (for example, manufacturer installation instructions or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lauderdale County, Mississippi, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court where eligible.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
