Where we ship

SxS Outpost ships to the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Hunterworks-branded items may show additional shipping options at checkout for Canada and international addresses; those items ship directly from Hunterworks in Collinsville, Mississippi.

Shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more (lower 48).
  • $9.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $99 (lower 48).
  • Hunterworks items are rated separately at checkout based on the carrier's live rate for your address. If your cart contains both Hunterworks items and items from another brand, you may see two shipping lines at checkout — one for each shipment.

How your order ships

SxS Outpost is a dealer-direct store. To get you the part faster and skip a warehouse stop, most orders ship straight from the manufacturer or its authorized distribution center: SuperATV (Madison, Indiana), Moto Alliance, 4xPro, Kemimoto, and Hunterworks. Because of this:

  • Orders containing items from more than one brand will arrive in separate packages, often on different days.
  • You will receive a tracking number for each shipment by email as soon as it is on its way.
  • Packaging and shipping labels may show the brand's name rather than SxS Outpost.

Processing and delivery times

  • Processing: in-stock items typically leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Hunterworks items usually ship within 1 business day.
  • Transit: 3–7 business days for most of the lower 48 by UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.
  • Oversized items such as lift kits, portal gear lifts, roofs, windshields, doors, cargo boxes, bumpers, and full clutch systems may ship by truck freight or in multiple boxes and can take 5–10 business days. If a freight delivery requires a signature or a liftgate, the carrier will contact you to schedule.
  • Backordered or made-to-order items will be noted on the product page or by email; you can cancel any backordered item for a full refund before it ships.

Address changes and cancellations

Because orders are transmitted to the manufacturer quickly, please contact us at hunter@hunterworks.com right away if you need to change an address or cancel. Once an order has
