A true 6 inches, room for 38s
This isn't a spacer kit. The Atlas Pro lift is built around new front and rear A-arms that add 6 inches of lift, widen the stance to 76 inches, and clear tires up to 38 inches. The arms are made from 1.5-inch tubing with 1/4-inch walls on the outer structural tubes and 1/8-inch walls on the cross braces, so they're built for abuse, not just looks.
Axles and steering are included
A lift this tall puts CV joints at angles a stock axle can't survive, so SuperATV includes four Rhino 2.0 axles in the kit. They're built from 4340 chromoly with maximized shafts and heavy-duty CVs, the same axles we sell on their own. Heavy-duty Z-bend tie rods and steering stops keep the steering geometry correct, and a track bar kit reinforces the rear suspension against the extra leverage of the long arms. It still works like a Defender
The part owners appreciate most is that the lift does not interfere with the dump bed or the OEM plastics. You keep the bed, you keep the utility, and you gain the clearance.
Ball joint options
You can order the kit with ball joints preinstalled in the arms, which saves a lot of time on install day. Options are heavy-duty 4340 VAR steel joints, Super Duty 300M joints rated 2.25 times stronger than stock, or Keller two-piece threaded joints. If you skip that option, you'll reuse your stock ball joints.
