SuperATV's 4 in. long travel kit for the 2024+ Polaris RZR XP 1000 and XP 4 1000. It adds 4 in. of width per side, taking the machine to 72 in. overall, and clears up to 36 in. tires. The wider stance is what keeps the RZR planted on off-camber trails and in rock gardens.
It's a complete suspension package, not just arms: steering, axles, brake lines and hardware are all included and matched to the new width.
What's in the kit
- Front high-clearance A-arms (1.25 in. x 0.138 in. wall DOM steel) with preinstalled UHMW bushings
- Boxed rear trailing arms with internal gussets
- Billet aluminum hex radius rods and sway bar links
- 7075 billet aluminum hex tie rods with heat-treated chromoly ends
- Rhino 2.0 chromoly axles with oversized CVs
- Extended front and rear brake lines
- New tender springs and all hardware
Tire size by setup
- Long travel kit only: up to 36 in.
- With 4 in. GDP portals: up to 40 in.
- With 6 in. GDP portals: up to 42 in.
- With 8 in. GDP portals: up to 45 in.
Warranty
Lifetime warranty on the suspension; 18-month warranty on the Rhino 2.0 axles.
