A 50 ft. Dyneema synthetic winch rope from Moto Alliance's VIPER line. It's stronger than steel cable for its weight, won't kink, rust or splinter, and it doesn't store much energy if it breaks, which makes it safer than wire.
It even floats, and it won't freeze your hands in winter the way steel does.
