A 4 in. long travel kit for the Polaris Ranger XD 1500 and Crew XD 1500. It widens the machine by 8 in. overall for stability on rough ground and clears up to 36 in. tires.
The kit includes arms, steering and four axles, all built heavier than OEM. Ball joints can be ordered preinstalled.
What's in the kit
- Atlas Pro A-arms: 1.5 in. tubing (0.25 in. bigger than SuperATV's standard arms), 0.138 in. wall, UV-resistant powder coat
- Billet aluminum hex tie rods with heat-treated chromoly ends
- Four Rhino 2.0 chromoly axles with oversized CVs
- Bushings and hardware
Options at checkout
- Shocks: none included, or SDi Terrain Master 2.1 piggyback shocks
- Ball joints: reuse stock, or preinstalled Heavy-Duty 4340, Super Duty 300M or Keller

Before you order
- Factory wheels need 1 in. wheel spacers with this kit.
- If you don't choose preinstalled ball joints, you must reuse and press in your stock ones.
